U heeft algemene kennis van en praktijkervaring met het administreren van Windows Server 2008 of later. Ervaring met een eerdere versie van Microsoft Exchange Server is een pré. Tevens beschikt u over de volgende kennis:

- Kennis van internet protocollen als POP3, IMAP4, SMTP is een pré
